Simon BASIC is available mail order through a few dealer at about $25
a whack. Its in cartridge form. My local dealer claims he'll have them
available in a couple weeks. Check February COMPUTE! Gazette ads for
it.

I just completed typing in the MLX version of Speedscript, the text
processor in the January COMPUTE! Gazette. Took 3 hours and 45 minutes!
It works fine. A terrific text processor for zero dollars and only a few
hours of weekend time! The MLX program makes it a cinch to input without
having to worry about making errors. MLX keeps an eye on your accuracy.

The Speedscript text processor is very easy to use and has most of the features
available on $60-$90 programs.

If anyone out there has used the BASIC Aid program in the Jan. Gazette
it renumbers 600 line programs in a flash, BUT ... you can't save the
renumbered program back to disk without encountering an OUT OF MEMORY
error due to where the BASIC Aid program is loaded. Any suggestions?
