[net.micro.cbm] Noise on Commodore 64

A friend of mine bought the "HES Sound Box" for about
nine dollars. The amount of noise, which was intolerable, can
almost be nullified by grounding the "AUDIO IN" jack. This is
also true to a lesser extent if you are only using the eight-pin
jack for sound.

The "HES Sound Box" simply brings out the VIDEO OUT, AUDIO OUT, and
AUDIO IN from the eight-pin connector on the back of the Commodore 64
to three separate RCA-type jacks.
