I've been told that the LOGO which Terrapin sells for the c64 (with a disk) is just like their Apple version, which I'm rather impressed with. Any comments out there from folks with any experience? FYI, LOGO is a FAR superior alternative to BASIC for teaching anyone about computers: it introduces graphics quickly and naturally, it allows you to do structured/modular programming (like lisp or forth, etc), etc. Look in "Mindstorms" by Papert for more info (there's also a "computer recreations" column in Scientific American on the graphics: it appeared a few issues back). It was developed by computer scientists/psychologists at MIT. LONG LIVE LOGO! QUICKLY DIE BASIC! Neal McBurnett, ihnp4!druxv!neal
