From: vogon::goodenough (Jeff Goodenough, DEC IPG Basingstoke) Sorry about this. It's something to do with the gateway between the DEC Engineering net and USENET. The path has been changed recently for some reason, and since then it's been doing this. I've complained to the gateway manager, hoping he'll do something about it. JEff.
