A while back somebody was looking for a ROM disassembly for the 1541 disk drive. I just got done talking to a gentleman at Abacus Software who says they plan to have one out in "6 to 7 weeks". They also have available right now a commented disassembly of the c64 ROM for $20. I haven't seen it so can't vouch for how usable and/or acccurate it is.
