[net.micro.cbm] 1200 baud DOES work on a C64

I regularly communicate between home and work with a Vadic 1200 baud
modem (I think it's a 3451) and my C64. I use the terminal emulator
provided by A. Ray Miller (Univ. of Illinois) with no problems.
