[net.micro.cbm] Repair help needed

My cpu seems to have lost its way. When I boot up, there is no Commodore
banner, no prompt, no nothin' (as the expression goes). Actually, I do
get the foreground and background colors. Any suggestions on what to do  
with it? please be polite.
