[net.micro.cbm] 2400

I've had no problems at all talking to my RS232 printer at 2400 baud using
the standard kernal values (plus handshaking, which works if the handshaking
lines are inverted before the 64 sees them.) BUT, as I understand it, if the
printer tried to talk back to the 64, it probably wouldn't work 'cuz of timing
differences between the send and receive functions. Steve Punter's latest
BBS/terminal program hacks the CHROUT routine to make 1200 baud work. I haven't
delved into what he does, but the kludge timing values in TERMPLUS and Kermit
seem to work fine with my modem at 1200, though it may be necessary to change
the values +/- 2 or so for some 64s...
