[net.micro.cbm] Printers

Having a printer for my C64 would certainly be nice. I would prefer
to pay under $400 and to get either a near-letter quality (i.e. multipass)
dot matrix or a daisy wheel printer, so that word processing can be done.
In addition graphics output, including screen dump capability, would be
desireable. Am I expecting too much for the money, or have recent tech-
nological breakthroughs and price discounting finally made something of
this nature available? Please direct replies either to net.micro.cbm (as
I suspect the information may be of interest to others as well) or to me.

                         Thanks,

    Help !

My father is looking for a printer for his C64, and has turned to me
for advice, so I am passing the buck to the net. Any information on
the Gemini 10X, the Seikosha GP-550CD, or any others would be greatly
appreciated.

			Thanks in advance

Does the Panasonic KX-P1091 printer work
well with the c64? If not what are the
problems? Quick answers are fine.

	Thanks in advance.
