All that is needed is 2-3inch pieces of wire, 1-momentary switch (normally open), solding iron, and rosin-core solder. If you have the Programmers Reference Guide, look on pages 359 and 360. You need to connect the two wires to the switch and then connect them to pins 1 and 3 on the User Port, as far back as possible so that they do not interfere with User Port devices. Pins 1 and 3 are located on the top inside positions of the card. If you wish to mount the switch elswhere than above the User Port, you will need longer pieces of wire. That's all there is to it, the only warning I will give is that if a friend does not have a reset switch, you may suffer from withdrawls at his C64. Another solution is to connect it to your modem or other User Port devices through its connector to the User Port, same pins, thus allowing you to take your reset switch to other C64's that do not have reset switches. By the way, if you want to mount the switch permenantly, you will need to drill a hole in the case that you use (ie C64 or modem or whatever). -- .-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.
