Does all Commodore 64 - 1541 software run on the new 64C
and matching Disk Drive?

Yes, the 64C is intended to be completely software compatible with the C64,
in fact most of them contain the same revision logic board as in current C64's.

I'm not sure what you mean by matching drive, but the general situation is that
most software will run on any drive, but there is always some software that
will not run on some particular drive due to over enthusiastic copy protection
schemes or trying to cram a few extra tracks on the diskette.
