Sandy Hook, NJ does (as rumored) have a reasonably-accessible stretch
of beach which is a defacto "official" clothes-optional section.
Apparently, the rangers have been instructed to "Leave the Nudes Alone"
given that you're not doing anything else out of the ordinary.
There's a volleyball net on the beach and the people are pretty
friendly. Now if the water would only warm up beyond the 50 degree mark.
