Out here in the wild and wooly Pacific Northwest we don't usually concern ourselves with such important matters as clothes and nudity. This is highlighted by the fact that Oregon HAS NO NUDITY LAWS forbidding the shedding of clothes. It's totally up to the individual counties. This means that you can't get busted on federal land (unless they have it posted to the contrary). Two nice places I know of are Rooster Rock State Park and Marshall Beach on Sauvie's Island. People out there are quite mellow and very friendly. This, of course, is in the Portland area. There are also quite a number of hot springs in the Oregon, Washington, Idaho area which are quite conducive to skinny dipping. I've only tried one so far, but the experience was well worth the travel. Come on up and try out our neck of the woods. We don't get rattled up here if you take your clothes off. Bob Perry Tektronix
