Coming in to work this morning, I was listening to the news on the radio. They said that Key West, Florida just passed a local ordinance outlawing nude sunbathing in public. It was legal on private property, but only behind a 6 foot tall fence, and with warning signs! An interesting catch is that a separate city ordinance outlaws fences over 4 feet tall. I was just about to post the same story about Key West, but decided to see if anyone else had, too, in this day of news statistics. The interesting things that Wm left out (I thought they were interesting): It's OK on private, fenced land, but you have to post a warning sign! (Protect all those tourists from the evils of seeing naked skin, donchaknow.) A 6 foot high chain link fence will satisfy the ordinance (modulo the ordinance against fences > 4ft high). Let's hear it for the judicial system. Chris Kent
