The following letter to the editor appeared in the Purdue exponenet today: "Beering has two-way policy" Dear Editor: It is almost ironic that President Beering allows "Playboy" to come in and take photographs to be shown to the world of "wholesome" Purdue female students. However, those same wholesome female students should not be able to see "wholesome" Purdue male students take a traditional lap around the courtyard. Since when does the President of Purdue University set double standards? [If you're a Purdue alum, the quarterly pleas for donations should be coming around soon. Do what a friend of mine did, and reguse to donate. Send instead a letter that says you won't donate until Beering gets his act together.]
