In federal court in Virginia, there is a case pending which is perhaps the most significant naturist case ever in this country. The main thrust of the case is to invalidate an anti-nudity ordinance in Accomack County which has been used to arrest those acting in a naturist play there, as well as people walking around in the woods. If the case is won, naturists will hopefully stop being threatened by such idiotic ordinances. This could be the one, folks! Please send money to: National Capital Naturists, Inc. Legal Action Fund, Dept. A PO Box 3122 Fairfax, VA 22038. The information above was taken from issue #17 of The Event Events Unlimited PO Box 203 Pequannock, NJ 07440 Subscriptions are $12.00 a year, for 4 issues. As always, I would be very interested to hear from other Usenet naturists, especially in the tri-state area. PS. I have just discovered that all of our news postings from polaris in recent months have been lost due transmission incompatibilities. If you have previously seen my posting on this subject, please drop me a note in the mail. I have re-posted some of my previous articles on other subjects, and if they are duplicated, please let me know about that too... -- Charlie Perkins, IBM T.J.
