This weekend my wife and I cat-sat for a wonderful kitten who needs a home. He was purchased at a pet shop, but the owner gave him up when she went off to college. He is now being kept by a friend of ours who keeps animals for the local shelter (they don't have a building yet), and we took care of him for a few days during the transition. Nicky is a 7-month-old white and black male. He is current on his shots and will be neutered soon. He is a small cat and will probably stay that way, judging from his age and proportions. He has not been with other pets, but adjusted well to being around our cats. I normally leave placement up to the shelter, but I was so touched by this kitten that I decided to try to help out. Nicky is so sensitive and well-behaved that I'm sure he would make a terrific addition to any home. If you might be interested in taking Nicky in, or know somebody who might, please contact me.
