[net.pets] OK, how about wierd dog behavior?

cushner@ttidcb.UUCP (Jeffrey Cushner) (04/22/85)

My one question is: Does she have a doghouse?

Her security depends on being inside a structure (and obviously she
trying to do just that). Also, I imagine she has an ample supply of
water. I just say that to remind you, but I'm sure she does.

Without wanting to repeat the wordy reply I gave to another poster,
I will refer you to my reply of "A chewing problem" and request
you to do the same basic procedure. It requires work but, as I'm sure
you'll understand, it's worth it in the long run.

There's one more thing that I want to say; If your dog has anxiety
problems like this, have you ever thought of obedience training?
It's not only for problems with walking your dog but it gives her
mind something to think about and anticipate while you're away.
And it really is quite fun for both of you to work as a team!
