We have two Netherlands Dwarf Rabbits who did what came naturally and produced a litter of four adorable bunnies. These bunnies will have a home in the local pet store when they are ready, but does anyone know when they should be weaned? Is that the point to send them out into the world? We have a couple of rabbit books, but each one gives different information. Has anyone in netland had personal experience raising rabbits? Rebecca Marks

When I was a lad and we were raising cute little white bunny-rabbits to be sold to laboratories so they could give their lives for better Science, we left them with their doe until two months and then they were sold. Guinea pigs, on the other hand, can leave mommy when they're a month old. -- Bile dem cabbage down, bake dat hoe cake brown, the only song that I can sing is Bile dem cabbage down. andy beals, bandy@lll-crg.arpa, {seismo,sun,gymble,mordor,dual}!lll-crg!bandy
