Today I saw the cutest puppy. It was all white and had a curly tail reminiscent of a husky type dog. I asked his owner what breed he was and he said Alaskan Eskimo Dog. I've never heard of this breed before. Does anyone know anything about this breed? I am a great fan of "snow" dogs. I have an Alaskan Malamute myself and I'd like to hear anything at all about this (new to me) breed. Many thanks. Denise O'Jibway - UCSD Chemistry Department

I agree that they are a very nice looking dog - I have a Sammoyed, which by appearances looks like a larger version of a AE dog. I'd suggest you pick up a copy of "Dog World" (available at larger newstands - or at least in larger pet shops). The back advertising area usually has some AE dog ads - I'm sure the people would be MORE than happy to tell you about their dogs! Katrina
