Does anyone in the community know of any survey of the major 8" floppy disk drives? I'm trying to find info on such specifics as frequency of repair, longevity of the heads, imposed wear of the disk media, and the like. Maybe price is the best indicator???! Also, how about the half height drives? Info on Qume, Tandon, Shugart, or any others would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any info, assistance! Dan... -------
