From: Charlie Strom (NYU) <strom@brl-bmd> CIS does not charge any initial fee - the billing is $5/hour, straight connect time (evenings/weekends only at this rate); the Source does have an initiation fee of $100 retail. Warning - the use of Compuserve is definitely habit forming and therefore does become expensive if you average an hour an evening!
