[net.micro.cpm] New ECHO and GENINS

From: Rick Conn <rconn@brl>

ARs 82 and 84 on MIT-MC contain new versions of ECHO and GENINS.
ECHO can now send output to the printer as a convenience for working with
printers and programming them. GENINS has a new feature to installing
a utility with flag/values which are currently installed within GENINS
itself. This eliminates the need to preload an existing utility, save
the flags/values, load the new utility, and restore the flags/values
when a new utility is to be installed.

For those on the nets who want sources to the various ZCPR2
utilities, SIMTEL20 is to come online after 1 Oct, and sources should
be available from it at that time. More details later when the 1 Oct
transition from MIT-MC to SIMTEL20 comes closer.
