[net.micro.cpm] CP/M filing systems...

LIN@mit-mc@sri-unix.UUCP (09/08/83)

From:  Herb Lin <LIN@mit-mc>

does anyone have knowledge (either first-hand or from cother sources)
of CP/M programs useful for keeping indexes of files, notes with
citations, and the like (i.e., all the stuff you would like to do if
you were an academic trying to keep track of information in articles
you read and papers you had filed away). Is there anything in the
public domain on this?

I will post a summary to the list.

thanks.  herb lin

The filing system i just started using looks like it may be the one!

It is called SUPERFILE and sells for about $200.00

     I really don't have much experience with it since I just installed
it on my KAYPRO II this week. However, so far it seems to fill the bill.
