Bob,

	SIMTEL20 has the entire MENU system now.  The files MENU.C,
MCHECK.C, and MENU.1 in MICRO:<MC.UNIX> complete the set.  The MENU.1
file is the man entry (5 or 6 pages), and gives complete doc.
The only thing not given was the compile line, which is nothing special
(under SYSTEM III).
