Greg, Well, I have the book and intend getting the software disk that's available also. We had the author, Andy Johnson-Laird along at our last Chiltern CP/M user group meeting and although he did not talk much on his excellent book, he did give a marvelous presentation on CP/M-86 (& concurrent).
