As thorough as the manuals for the CCS 2422 FDC appear to be, it doesn't help me configure the board precisely the way I need it. What I need is to set it up so that it uses NO memory address space, banked or otherwise, and does not Auto Boot or anything. I simply want it to sit there, waiting to be "addressed" with something equivalent to an attached BIOS. The configuration is for a N* HORIZON running TurboDOS, and, yes, I have the alternate U22 addressed at F8H-FDH (instead of the default 30H-34H and 04H). I have also read the article in Microsystems, but it was no help for this case. If anybody has made such a configuration work, please contact me by net mail. Thanks, Frank
