[net.micro.cpm] ISIS to CP/M copy program

Does anyone know of an MDS to CP/M disk copy utility that is public
domain (free)? Both MDS and CP/M disks are single density IBM format.
Also, has anyone written an ISIS emulation program such that ISIS files
could be executed under CP/M. I know of at least one company that sells
such a program for about $80, but I don't know how well it works.
