[net.micro.cpm] A fast

According to a Robert P. Van Natta in January's "The Software Magazine"
(just received today - but no comment needed on that!) in a article
one can speed up the start-up by ddt patches:
	02b2 - 40 --> 00
	3f1d - 20 --> 00
	411f - A0 --> 00
The first is the old "DEL4" patch point for lenght of logo display.
The other two "will suppress the display of the trade secret notice
and logo respectively"

One should only do this to purchased, legal copiesW*. ;-)

I've tried it and it seems to work. Something is still thrown to the
screen but too rapidly to read. (Good 'nough for gov'ment work.)
