Anybody have a disassembled listing or other documentation on the bootstrap sequence for Apple CP/M? I am trying to get it to ignore a card in slot 4 during boot. Anybody out there familiar with the guts of Apple CP/M (Microsoft version) who could help me if I start boot-tracing the thing myself? The card vendor is no help at all. Earl
