[net.micro.cpm] Terminal program for QX-10 wanted

Does anyone have a program that will allow an Epson QX-10 to act
as a terminal and do file transfers? I only have a 300 baud
modem, so the speed requirements are not too severe.  As I
understand it, the QX-10 runs some form of CP/M (correct me if
I'm wrong!), so this shouldn't be too difficult to rig up, but I
was wondering if anyone had already done this to save me the
trouble.  I would like to do file transfers between the QX-10
and a UNIX system.  Please respond by mail.
