I have just run across a program that is supposed to allow commenting of volumes and individual files and is designed to run along with Ward's catalog program. It is on CIS (in the CP/M sig) and is available only as a binary with an accompanying doc file. It is called FILE.COM. Are you interested in my uploading it to Simtel20?
