While attempting to install zcpr3 I have encountered two utilities which are needed but are not supplied with the sig/m disks. They appear to be public domain...... RELS.UTL and MLOAD.COM (v1.4) Could someone please upload these to me if they are PD. The doc files for them would also be appreciated. Eaton.HFED@HI-MULTICS
