Jeff - Before I send you over 20-thousand characters of archive blurb, I
want you to know that it appears from your address that you cannot do FTP
file transfers from SIMTEL20.  Therefore, reading the archive blurb may
do you little good.  However, if you still want a copy, send your reply to
info-cpm-request@amsaa.arpa and I'll send you one.
