[net.micro.cpm] CPM to UCSD pascal transfer

Help.  I need a CPM to UCSD file transfer program.  I have one that was
published in Dr. Dobbs in 1980 but the copy I have is garbled in the
middle.  I think I got it at SIMTEL20 but I can't find it now.
