Thanks to those who provided pointers to various sources of XLATE2 or XLATE5 in response to my request for information on a mnemonic converter. It appears to be fairly widely available; for those with access to SIMTEL20 it's in MICRO:<CPM.ASMUTL>XLATE5.LBR .
