Harold,

You queried about a PD program to translate from ASM (I assume Intel) source
code to Zilog mnemonics.

Yep, XLATE2.COM and .MAC, available on SIGM Volume 91.  I use it (plus a
stronger version from the UK) all the time.  Available via ANONYMOUS
logon at SIMTEL20 in the MICRO: (aka PD:) archives.

Works just fine.
