[net.micro.cpm] Downloading?

Hi,

This may sounds like a stupid question, but..

I read that this Bulletin Board has CP/M programs avaliable for downloading.
If this is true, how can I obtain a directory of them, and download
a file? Is there a help file on it anywhere? If so, how can I access
it? Please respond over this Bulletin Board or to:
