[net.micro.cpm] mailing lists? ARPA gateway?

	I see little traffic in net.micro.cpm.
Am I missing other traffic that is delivered only as a mailing-list?
If so,
	1) Please tell me where these mailing lists are/
	  who moderates them.
and/or	2)add me to your mailing list.
