The Epson Geneva (PX-8) definitely is a CP/M machine. The Starlet (I am pretty sure) and the SORD can operate as CP/M machines, but have additional (and default) operating modes that are intended to be 'simple' and that don't look like CP/M. The PX-8 moves beyond/above CP/M only in having a menu-selection mode for commands that is easily shut off. Incidentally, these three machines are really laptops, with weights in the 4-5 pound range. The Bondwell, as I understand it, requires a somewhat stronger lap. If anyone cares, I have no affiliation with any of the four companies, and this should not be construed as a recommendation for or against of the machines, although I do have a much-travelled and much-abused Epson.
