Keywords: I recently purchased a VT-100 clone and am thinking of purchasing a low-cost CP/M box to attach to it. Could anyone answer the following questions: * Does CP/M terminal support handle VT-100's? Is there some type of Install program, or do I have to hack the BIOS to make things work? * Does anyone know of cheap CP/M boxes that can be had? SWP products makes the ATR8000, which is a CP/M system that can be attached to Ataris and RS-232 terminals. I have also seen the "Little Board" advertised in Byte, which is supposed to be a CP/M system that can be mounted in a disk drive case along with the drive. Ideally, I would like to spend as little money as possible. I am looking for 64K and two drives. * What Emacs-like editors run under CP/M? I know of Mince, but I have heard that it has nasty bugs (at least its incarnation on the PC did). Is it possible to get MicroEmacs to run in 64K? It has conditional compilation for CP/M-86 -- will this also work with CP/M-80? Please send replies by E-mail.
