The following Apple CP/M overlays for BYE5 are now available from

B5AA-3.IQS is the BYE5 insert for the Apple ][, ][+, or //e, with PCPI
Applicard Z80 card and Super Serial card. This version corrects the
bug that prevented BYE5 from dropping DTR to hang up the phone when
the caller typed 'BYE'. Tested with Prometheus Promodem with good
results.
B5AB-1.IQS is the BYE5 insert for Apple // with the ALS CP/M+ card and
Super Serial card.
B5AC-1.IQS is the BYE5 insert for the Apple ][, ][+, or //e with the
Microsoft Softcard (or clone) and Applecat plug-in modem card.
B5AS-2.IQS is the BYE5 insert for the Apple ][, ][+, or //e with
Microsoft Softcard (or clone) and Super Serial Card. It probably will
also work on the Apple //c with ZRAM or equivalent Z80 enhancement.
Version 2 corrects the address offset problem and should be fully
functional. Tested on Apple ][+, Softcard, Super Serial card, and
Prometheus Promodem with good results.
