[net.micro.cpm] New Service Available

I have managed to get files (well catalogs, crclsts) from SIMTEL20 via
the ARCHIVE-REQUEST.  However, the real files I have tried to get such
as <MSDOS.MICROEMACS>VERSION.CQ come in a "hexafied" format.  How do I
"de-hexify" such a file on an ms-dos machine.  It is not clear to me
what tool I should be using to hexified squeezed files.  HELP.
