[net.micro.cpm] Request for DEC Rainbow hard disk controller info

I saw an anvertisement for Rainbow Hard Disk Controller boards last June.
These boards were supposed to be able to control two hard disks at one time,
instead of the one that DEC sells.  Does anyone have any information on
these?
