[net.comics] X-Men in Hollywood ???

	I recently (somewhere on the net I think) heard that there was
an X-Men movie being made.  I think they said that the movie would take 
place right around the time that Kitty Pryde joined the Professor X's 
school, and would include a pre-dark Phoenix.

	Can anyone verify this?

	Also, I'm sure that most of you have already read in Marvel Age
that Marvel and Steve Gerber are planning a Howard the Duck movie.
Animated or live action ??

I had heard the X-Men movie would be made by Nelvana, the
same people who are doing the Elfquest movie, and did
some other animated features the last few years.
The news reporrts always said something like
"despite their reputation in animation, it 
would be live action...."

	I can verify that there are plans for a live action X-Men movie,
I have no idea if it will actually be made. If it ever appears, it is
supposed to be from Orion pictures.
