We have the comics adaptation at home, and judging from that it would have been at least decent. Unfortunately the folks at Nelvana were so badly burned by this that they decided to close out their animation department completely! Too bad, since they were scheduled to do the Elfquest movie. After they bombed with R&R they tried to coerce the Pinis into doing EQ with live actors. They managed at some expense to prevent this, but it pretty well means there will be no Elfquest movie. Personally I think they should license it to MTV for a Saturday Special. It's precisely the sort of thing they like, and it could recoup some of their losses. Hutch
