It's a bit late to make plans to attend.) In what I consider to be order of importance, they are: 1) First will be publishing Nexus and the Badger, starting this fall. They will start out as bi-monthlys, but there seemed to be a lot of support for making them monthly. First also has "first refusal" rights to Whisper, but doesn't seem too interested in it. 2) First and DC will be publishing some crossovers, the first of which will be released in conjunction with next year's Chicago con. Which characters will be involved has not been determined yet, and First and DC will be taking polls for suggestions at the next several cons they are attending. These crossovers will get normal newsstand distribution. The DC/Marvel crossovers are dead. 3) DC has stopped submitting Swamp Thing and Jemm to the comics code. According to Dick Giordano, the code was "changing its mind weekly" about what was allowed. No indication if any other titles (or the rest of the DC line) will follow. >1) First will be publishing Nexus and the Badger, starting this fall. Whew! (Cheering from the Peanut Gallery, tickertape parades, etc.) 2) >The DC/Marvel crossovers are dead. Kind of like Detente. Seriously, I think E-Man would be a great cross-over into Blue Devil... "The wonder of it all." Moriarty, aka Jeff Meyer John Fluke Mfg. Co., Inc.
