The answer I got weren't very enlightening. I am posting the same question again, in hopes that some new light may be shed on this matter. For interested people, the "Sword of Sorcery" series delt with Fafhrd & The Gray Mouser and lasted 5 issues. Fritz Leiber liked it, so I don't think they had any law trouble, and all the letters seemed to be positive. The issues are... (oh, by the bye, they were put out by DC) #1 adapted from F. Leiber's "The Price of Pain Ease" #2 adapted from Leiber's "Thieves' House" #3 (an original) "Betrayal!" #4 adpated from a Leiber story, not sure what it's called, but this issue is: "The Cloud of Hate!" (also, an original story about young Faf, "The Prophecy!" #5 adapted from said author's story: "The Sunken Land" (also the original about Mouser's youth: "The Mouse Alone!" The stories were organized by Denny o'Neil. Howard Chaykin did some of the art work, in others Walt Simonson & Al Milgrom did it. A ironic, sad remark found in the letter page of #3 is: "Contrary to certain rumors, there will be a fourth isssue of S of S (and a fifth and . . .) "---- Too-bad they didn't do a story with Hisvet in it (!!!) :-\ The Wraith
