Come on, let's hear some responses to my listing of the super heroes. I'm especially interested in seeing some lists from other people. Surely, everyone doesn't agree with me! IMPORTANT: this is a friend's login. My address is houca!hoqax!rst Scott Thompson

<--> Scott, Surely, everyone DOESN'T agree with you. But I suspect that net.comics has something in common with most comic books--there are probably thousands of readers but a mere fraction of those are actually letter writers or acticle posters. The reasons probably range from laziness to humility, being actually busy doing school or job work to being a reader more than a writer. Who knows? It's good that we have several more vocal individuals like Boyajian, Meyer, Moriarity, and Sutton et al. They usually provide a wide variety of comment to spur on further commentary. Heck, sometimes I'll even break down and say a few words myself! If you really want to see a big acticle count for several days, throw out something controversial and cleverly worded! Most powerful DC heroes? Well, for what few DC titles I read, how's this... Anybody from Krypton, Anyone (as yet, undiscovered) with a red sun in their sky, Dr. Fate or the Spectre, The Flash (given the right writer, he can do ANYTHING ;-) ) etc. etc. etc. "Got any slugs?" Charles.

It's 11:00 PM; do you know where your lines are? Just thought I'd mention an interesting observation: even though the original article dealt primarily with the ranking of Marvel's heroes, and only marginally with those of DC, have you noticed virtually ALL the responses and followups have dealt EXCLUSIVELY with the DC heroes? Is the net population (or at least those who post articles :-) ) trying to say something? Scott Berry
