Brother, here we go again... Mr. Mouser, next time you decide to go off half-cocked, I suggest you do two things: 1) Read more net articles. I think if you read Jerry Boyajian & my accounts that you would notice that 90% of the stuff we give good reviews to is the non-big-two books -- ZOT, The Masked Man, NEXUS, THE BADGER, and LOVE & ROCKETS. We've been doing it for months. Heck, I'm running out of adequate adjectives for Scott McCloud and Jaime! As far as I can tell from your letter, you just wanted to sound superior to the majority of net.comics. Whoopee. If you really wish to discuss the artists you liked, stay tuned... if I ever get any time (and my Fat Mac comes in) I'll start doing more than a paragraph review of these wonderful titles. If you're going to spout, please do it to /dev/null. Or read The Comics Journal's editorials. 2) Let's remember that this IS net.comics, and not net.flame. I've always been impressed by how civilized this group is, in general... lots of topics, from Bode to independents to Secret Wars (yeah, it *is* like kicking a dead corpse...). If you want to review comics (like your review of Moore, which I disagree with strongly) or flame about Marvel (or others), fine; please keep it up, I enjoy reading these. If you're out to "ruffle feathers" and make insults, go somewhere else. "A power so great, it can only be used for Good or Evil!" Moriarty, aka Jeff Meyer John Fluke Mfg. Co., Inc.
